These Terms of Service govern your use of delunariq.com and purchases made through our website.

The website is operated by Xingtai Ruizhuoxi Trading Co., Ltd., doing business as Delunariq. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

Our store offers tableware and dining accessories, including plates, cups, fruit bowls, drinking glasses, and related products. We currently ship only to the United States.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence, or use our services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. Please keep your contact and delivery details up to date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are not responsible for activity caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

3. Product Information and Safe Use

We aim to describe our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, features, and care requirements. Photographs are provided to help illustrate the products; colors may appear differently depending on your display settings and lighting.

Please review the product description before purchasing. Accessories or decorative items shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed.

Microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer, and hot-liquid suitability vary by product. Do not assume an item is suitable for a particular use unless the product information states that it is.

Do not use chipped, cracked, or broken tableware. Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your purchase.

Nothing in this section excuses a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review the final total before submitting your order.

We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and offer the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or canceling for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, including product unavailability, inability to verify payment, a material listing error, delivery restrictions, or credible indications of fraud.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges. If only part of an order is affected, we will explain the available options.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. If payment cannot be completed or verified, processing may be delayed or the order may be canceled.

Please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords by email.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact service@delunariq.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will check whether the request can be accommodated. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing or dispatch has progressed.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.

• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Processing time is additional to transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If a material delay occurs, we will provide available information and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Where your agreement to a delay is required, we will request it and provide a cancellation and refund option.

You must provide an accurate delivery address. Please notify us promptly if you discover an error.

For damaged, missing, or undelivered packages, contact us so that we can investigate. A carrier’s delivery scan does not, by itself, prevent you from reporting nonreceipt or seeking assistance.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 180 days from the date you receive your order. The period begins on the delivery date, not the purchase date or the date you contact us.

Contact service@delunariq.com before sending merchandise back. We will provide authorization, the designated return address, and instructions.

Eligible returns are free of return shipping charges, and we do not charge restocking fees. Change-of-mind returns must satisfy the condition requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

The company address at the top of this page is not an automatic return address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Original outbound shipping charges, inspection procedures, refund timing, and applicable exceptions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful where available and safe to obtain.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, missing component, or refund. We cover authorized return shipping for confirmed product faults or fulfillment errors.

Change-of-mind return exclusions do not remove your rights concerning defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, including eligibility, dates, product exclusions, and any minimum purchase amount.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless the offer expressly permits it. A return may affect the refund calculation where a discount applied to the returned items; any calculation will reflect the amount actually paid.

We will not retroactively impose an outbound shipping fee solely because an eligible return reduces a previously qualifying order below a free-shipping threshold.

20. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

If a general statement in these Terms conflicts with a more specific provision in our Shipping Policy or Return & Refund Policy, the specific provision governs that subject, subject to mandatory applicable law.
